As soon as your order leaves the warehouse, you’ll receive a dispatch email with your tracking details. The courier used depends on the size and weight of your items. 

Evri

• You’ll receive a 2-hour delivery window on the day of delivery (this cannot be changed).
• Using the Evri app, you can:
  • Add delivery notes or a photo
  • Choose a preferred neighbour

DPD

• With the DPD app, you can:
