Standard Devola Models (Without HEPA Filter) 

Water Tank 

Frequency: Empty as needed, clean every 1–2 weeks 

  • Switch off and unplug the unit.
  • Remove and empty the tank.
  • Wash with warm water and mild detergent.
  • Rinse and dry thoroughly before refitting.

Standard Dust Filter 

Frequency: Every 2–4 weeks 

  • Remove the filter from the rear or side panel.
  • Vacuum loose dust.
  • If washable, rinse with lukewarm water andallowto dry completely before reinstalling.

Coils and Vents 

Frequency: Every 3–6 months 

  • Gently vacuum dust from air grilles and exposed coils using a soft brush attachment.
  • Wipe the exterior with a damp cloth.

 

Devola Models With HEPA Filter 

Models fitted with a HEPA filter provide additional air purification by capturing fine particles such as pollen, dust, and allergens. 

Pre-Filter (if fitted) 

Frequency: Every 2–4 weeks 

  • Vacuum or rinse if washable.
  • Ensure completely dry before refitting.

HEPA Filter 

Frequency: Replace approximately every 6–12 months (depending on usage and environment) 

  • HEPA filters are not washable.
  • Replace when visibly dirty, damaged, or when airflow is reduced.

Using the appliance with a clogged HEPA filter may reduce efficiency and strain the motor.
