What should I do if my order is lost, incorrect or damaged? 

Please contact our team who will be able to assist you further. 

Lost orders
An investigation will be raised with the courier. If the parcel cannot be located, a replacement will be arranged, subject to stock availability. 

Incorrect or damaged goods
Please email our team at [email protected] with clear photos of: 

  • The outer packaging, including the delivery label
  • The box
  • The contents

We will investigate this for you. Please note that any issues must be reported within 24 hours of receipt to allow us to review the matter promptly.
