Can I cancel my order?

Yes — you can cancel your order depending on how much time has passed since placing it.

After 90 minutes

Your order will likely have been processed for dispatch and cannot be cancelled in the same way. You can either:

Refuse delivery
The parcel will be returned to the sender. Please note that £25.00 will be deducted from your refund to cover part of the outbound and return delivery costs, as outlined in our Terms of Service.
